## Job description

Business Function Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

### Responsibilities

Support application projects to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle. Design and implement automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines to optimize software delivery processes. Configure, deploy, and maintain NGINX setups to ensure high availability and secure traffic routing. Manage system capacity planning and implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions. Deploy, configure, and manage Enterprise Network as a Service (ENAAS) platforms.

Deploy and manage Logging as a Service (LaaS) solutions for centralized log aggregation and analysis. Apply and govern Cloude Claude's Failure Prevention Governance standards across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Establish and manage centralized backup policies and disaster recovery procedures.

### Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or systems engineering role. Hands-on experience in automation script design for CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Ansible. Technical expertise in NGINX setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Demonstrated experience in system capacity planning and monitoring management using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Experience with ENAAS and LaaS management and deployment. Familiarity with SDLC processes and the implementation of failure prevention governance, specifically Cloude Claude's Failure Prevention Governance. Experience in centralizing backup policy management and executing recovery protocols. Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
