### Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial support and analysis to the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department

### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Have experience in a financial support or business analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights effectively
- Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
