### Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sales surveillance (callback/call monitoring/mystery shopper) to comply with internal/external policy and regulatory.
- To ensure the results are formally tracked and reported to manager.
- Monthly report preparation including regional and location.
- Handle inspection matters in relation to S&D including RCSA, SCSA, regulatory audit, local audit.
- Assisting supervisor or other teams with respect to suspicious transaction investigations, gathering financial intelligence.
- Conduct related regulations/policies training and prepare the materials.
- Ad hoc task support if necessary.

### Job Requirements
- Overall understanding of banking products and sales.
- One above year experience in sales surveillance compliance and/or investigative related work is a plus.
- Background in operations, audit, compliance, or risk management.
- Good team player with strong communication skill and details-oriented personality.
- Be able to work under pressure.
