## Job description

Business Function Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As an Operations Department, we embrace and reinforce the strong PRIDE! culture that is built up in DBS.

This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

### Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and digital platforms to assist customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions or refer them to relevant specialists. Maintain high service quality standards and adhere to the bank's operational guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Support digital adoption by guiding customers on how to use self-service banking channels.

### Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, or the financial services industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using digital tools and basic computer applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
