## Job description

Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

### Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who can lead end-to-end development projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

### Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
- Provide technical leadership to a team of 5–10 developers
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to gather and clarify requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Perform hands-on development using Python, SQL, and related frameworks
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high quality standards
