This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers. Job Objective Assist the unit and section manager to manage, supervise, and complete day-to-day operations within the Treasury and Cash Management Operations section while ensuring high service standards, robust operational controls, and process efficiency. ### Job Responsibilities Assist the unit and section manager to manage, supervise, and complete the day-to-day activities of the Treasury and Cash Management Operations section. Ensure all transaction processing and operational tasks are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Maintain high-quality service standards and uphold sound operational controls in accordance with established procedures, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines. Supervise, guide, and support junior team members to ensure operational excellence and professional development. Identify operational risks, implement robust mitigation controls, and participate in regular risk self-assessments and audits. Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and system enhancement projects to optimize workflow efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Risk, and Technology teams, to resolve complex operational issues and support business initiatives. ### Job Requirements University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related discipline. Proven experience in corporate banking operations, specifically within transaction services, treasury, or cash management. Strong understanding of payment systems, clearing mechanisms, and liquidity management products. Demonstrated capability to supervise day-to-day operations and guide team members in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments. Proficiency in banking systems and standard office productivity applications.
