This promotes a data-driven culture, ensures responsible data usage, and supports sustainable operational improvements. Key focus area include: Driving Operation Model Transformaiton (OMT) Driving TW Ops Data & AI goverance framework through Data ownership, Data understanding and Data & AI risk management Enhancing employee journey (EJ) by leveraging AI capabilities, automation tools and employee sourvey insights Supporting business strategy to deliver good outcome Dialing up innovation Responsibilities Driving Operation Model Transforamtion Roll out transformation initiatives and deliver better outcomes Priorities and scale new OMT opportunies aligned with Regional and Business priorities Innovation on solutioning to ensure it translate into tangible business value - Influence the organistaion to adopt transformation mindset Driving TW Ops Data & AI goverance framework - Improve data value and utility, ensuring consistent adherence to policies and standards for all data initiatives, and acting as a proxy for the Data Owner. Working with Regional/Country data managment team in location, ensuring relevant governance framework for effective policy implementation.
