Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you. ### Job Purpose You will define and execute the digital and platform strategy for investment products across DBS's consumer banking markets, while ensuring alignment to the bank’s strategic objectives. This role requires a visionary leader to drive digital innovation, enhance regional investment platforms, establish best practices for re-usability and competitive advantage. ### Responsibilities Digital Investment Product Strategy & Platform Leadership Lead the development and execution of a best-in-class investment product digital and platform strategy and roadmap for all consumer bank markets in the region. Define and establish regional standards for investment product execution journeys for clients and employees, ensuring alignment, re-usability, and the sharing of best practices across all markets. Formulate clear digital investment propositions, identifying key areas of focus and competitive advantage, while maintaining a thorough understanding of each market’s regulatory environment. Collaborate with market-level product managers, wealth platform and technology departments to evaluate, prioritise, and deliver high-impact investment initiatives. Drive the continuous improvement and innovation of our investment product platforms and digital capabilities, leveraging emerging technologies (including generative AI) and industry trends. ### End-to-End Regional Project Management & Delivery Manage key regional projects with a strong focus on investment platforms and digital initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from conception to implementation. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration, negotiation and issues management. Ensuring compliance with governance and quality protocols, to successfully deliver milestones and outcomes. ### Business Strategy and Change Management Provide support on management reporting and regular senior management updates. Lead the strategic planning process for the department, ensuring product launches, investment platform and digital initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and regional market dynamics. ### Change management Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure internal and external customer communication plans are in-place for new platform initiative launches. ### Requirements Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in digital, investment product management or strategic planning functions. Experience in the investments / product management - with a deep knowledge and understanding of investment products, financial planning and customers’ investment needs. Independent and self-starter, with ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Possesses strong interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mind-set and ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders. Deep understanding of digital banking trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing), and regulatory landscapes across key Asian markets. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement to optimise investment offerings.
