### Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates to drive growth and acquisition of new Treasures clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Treasures client base within the Consumer Banking Group
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship to ensure achievement of targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business decisions
- Represent the Treasures business in internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements Requirements Experince in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
