## Job description

Posting Date 09/29/2026 11 Getty Ave275 Hospital Plaza, Paterson, New Jersey, 07503-2822, United States of America DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide dialysis treatment in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). In this role, you'll support patients with end-stage renal disease directly at their care facility, helping deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate treatment.

Prior Dialysis Experience is Required Active State Certified Chronic Hemodialysis Technician License Required DSD Skilled Nursing No On Call 3x12 hour shift s Location: 499 Pine Brook Rd., Lincoln Park, NJ 07035 Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis care on-site in SNFs under RN supervision
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines
- Monitor patient vitals and document treatment details
- Assist with infection control and equipment disinfection
- Educate patients on treatment and care plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nurses, dietitians, social workers)

### Requirements

Prior Hemo-Dialysis experience Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification or Certified Hemodialysis Technician certification (CHT) High school diploma or equivalent · Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
