This role delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate, organized, and compliant project documentation. The position manages a high‑volume, seasonally shifting workload and helps drive timely execution of departmental milestones. Operating in a fast‑paced environment, the role requires flexibility, strong prioritization, and the ability to adapt quickly as demands change. The successful candidate will contribute to departmental efficiency by anticipating team needs, maintaining smooth workflows, and supporting development projects from bidding through closeout. ### ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare and distribute bid documents to General Contractors through the project management platform. - Track, analyze, and review contract documentation to support vendor selection and contract execution. Prepare AOC/NOC forms where applicable. - Create purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and process invoice payments. - Review, process, and reconcile pay requests (AIA/G702/G703) and change orders.
