## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 芯片算法研究与实现；
- 算法仿真，搭建仿真环境，性能评估；
- IP接口定义，verilog coding，Lint及CDC检查；
- 协助定位模块相关bug以及后端P&R优化。

### 任职资格
- 微电子、集成电路设计、通信/信号、数学类、计算机类相关专业硕士毕业生；
- 熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统，掌握Vim等编辑工具；
- 熟悉高级c、c++、matlab等高级语言；有verilog经验优先；
- 有加解密、信道编码、压缩开发经验优先；
- 数学基础良好，良好的英文阅读能力，善于自我驱动和团队合作。
