## Job description

Join our Data Integration Squad as a Senior Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping both our data integration work and the ongoing development of products currently in the development stage of the PLS (Product Life Cycle). In this role, you will help collect, analyse and structure requests from across the bank. These requests will not only relate to data integration, but also to requirements for the products we are building, improving and stabilising throughout their lifecycle.

You will work closely with end users, the Product Owner, development teams and the OpS team to understand needs, gather insights from onboarding activities and analyse incoming requests from across the bank. You will translate these inputs into clear, actionable backlog items that support both data integration activities and the ongoing development, end user support and onboarding to our products, as well as improvement and stabilisation of our products throughout their lifecycle.

Your work will help ensure that our products evolve in line with bank overall strategy, user needs, operational insights and the bank’s high standards for quality, stability and compliance. Experience as an Agile Champion or Scrum Master would be a strong advantage. In this capacity, you would act as the Product Owner’s right hand in backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies and the continuous improvement of team ways of working.

The Data Platform Tribe is part of Data & Analytics (D&A), where we are more than 150 people and growing. Under D&A, the Data Platform Tribe includes the Data Integration Squad, where you will work with a team of eight. The Tribe brings together business experts and IT developers working collaboratively in Agile teams. Our organisation empowers self-managed teams to make significant decisions, contributing to the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

Step into a world of collaboration, empowerment, and innovation, where you are not just part of the process - you’re shaping it. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including those from underrepresented groups. You have a great opportunity to join Danske Bank, the largest bank in Denmark, and become a key member of the Data Platform Tribe. Here, your contributions will be essential to delivering high-quality, validated data solutions that bring value to end users across the bank.
