The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications. Focusing on Analytic, Data Science and Business Intelligence. You will have the opportunity to work all business functions and with our Data & Analytics experts across the world and multiple operating companies. This position reports to the Senior Director, Data Engineering and is part of the Enterprise Data Platform organization. This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków). In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements. Translate these business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team. Prioritize these user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases for the team to implement. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions. Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption. The essential requirements of the job include: 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments. Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL, with hands-on experience leveraging Snowflake and Power BI to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Dashboards or Data Preparation. Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence. 3 years of experience working in Agile teams that work in sprints. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites, up to 10% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Data Governance Reporting Tools #LI-KK1 Join our winning team today.
