In our people, we can reflect our corporate values: Our customers success is our success, moving at the speed of right, one team best team, and we are looking for highly committed individuals to join the group in an environment of diversity and constant challenges. ### Objective of the position Develop, deploy, maintain and continuously improve digital applications, databases and software solutions for manufacturing and plant operations by executing the full software development lifecycle, including technical analysis, coding, testing, implementation, troubleshooting and application support, while coordinating DevOps group and activities related to source code management, GitHub repositories, deployments, server environments, cybersecurity, technical documentation and application governance to ensure the reliability, scalability, availability and continuous evolution of digital platforms that drive operational excellence, Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation across the organization Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded): Experience: Software Development and Digital Solutions, with experience in DevOps, application lifecycle management, manufacturing digitalization and technical team coordination. Full Stack Software Development (Frontend, Backend C# and API Development) Database Design, Administration and Data Integration (SQL Server, DB2, Data Modeling) DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management Infrastructure and Application Deployment Management Manufacturing Digitalization (Industry 4.0), Artificial Intelligence Project Management and Agile Methodologies English level: B2-C1 conversational Spanish: C1 Preferred Qualifications: Experience in team management and leadership. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure digital solutions through frontend, backend and database development while ensuring compliance with software engineering standards. - Provide technical support for existing applications, troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, develop enhancements and ensure application reliability, performance and continuous improvement throughout the software lifecycle- - Manage source code repositories, GitHub standards, application releases, deployment activities, version control and environment configurations to support the secure and efficient delivery of digital solutions.
