- 業務内容 本社主導で、空調事業の拡大や新たな商品領域への挑戦に向けて、工場領域における用途ノウハウを獲得・体系化し、当社の製品・技術を「用途ソリューション」として事業化に貢献するミッションとなります。単なる営業企画や技術職ではなく、工場の実際のプロセスやエネルギ利用構造を理解した上で、最適な熱・冷
- 仕事内容2 却ソリューションを構想し、それを事業として成立させることが求められます。
- 具体的な担当業務 ソリューション事業としての戦略立案とその実行を担います。市場や競合環境を分析し、どの業界・地域に注力すべきかを見極めた上で、ターゲット領域ごとの戦略策定を実施頂きます。また顧客やパートナー企業へのヒアリング
- 仕事内容3 を通じて現場の課題や運用実態を把握し、プロセスフローを読み解きながら熱負荷や冷却負荷の構造を分析します。これにより、単なる製品提案ではなく、用途ごとの最適なシステム像を描くための事業を創るとともに、実プロジェクトの企画とその推進を進めるリーダーとして期待しています。

- 使用ツール プロセスシミュレーション（Aspen等）、CAD（AutoCAD等）、BIツール（Power BI等）、Excel、PPT
- ポジション・立場 課長として、用途ノウハウの獲得と事業化を主導し、工場向けソリューション事業の中核を担う役割です。営業・技術・海外拠点をつなぐハブとなり、
- 仕事内容5 社外ではEPCやユーザー企業と対等な立場で議論、協業を図るなど単なる実行者ではなく、事業を方向付ける推進リーダーとして期待します。 ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
