- 仕事内容 国内外における法務案件を担当いただきます。具体的には以下の業務を想定していますが、最初から全てを担当するというわけではなく、ご経験やご意向を踏まえ段階的に業務の幅を広げていただく予定です。 1.各種契約書の作成、審査、交渉 2.事業部門からの各種法律相談への対応

独禁法、取適法、贈収賄防止、契約実務） 4.各種訴訟・紛争案件への対応 5.各種提携・連携、M&A案件に対する法的サポート 6.ベンチャーへの投資及びAI/IOT分野での協創の支援 7.グローバルにおける重要法務リスクへの対応方針の検討及び展開 8.データ（個人情報を含む）ガバナンスの推進

- ポジション・立場 若手～中堅社員（グローバル統括機能の強化やDX推進において一翼を担える法務人材に育成したいと考えています）
- 使用ツール Word、Excel、Power Point

- 仕事のやりがい 急速なグローバル展開に伴い、法務案件も各種・各国に亘ります。特に、市場が拡大するグローバルサウス地域での法務案件が今後急増すると見込んでおり、国際法務業務に挑戦できる機会があります。また、スタートアップへの投資や協業案件、AI・IOT分野での新しい取り組みが進んでいる中、
- 仕事内容5 これまで培って来た専門性を高めながら、新分野へチャレンジすることで自らのキャリア・パスを築いて行けることがやりがいになると思います。業務経験にもよりますが、入社後即、或いは2～3年後を目途に中堅的役割を担うことを期待しています。 ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
