- 業務内容 当社化学事業部は、業界トップクラスの製品を提供し、顧客から高い信頼を得ています。近年はグローバルでの市場競争が一層激化しており、製品の品質保証の重要性が増しています。各国・各拠点において、効率的かつ高水準で標準化された品質保証体制を構築・運用していくことが求められています。
- 仕事内容2 こうした環境の中で、製品品質の向上を通じて顧客満足度の向上に貢献できる人材を求めています。
- 具体的な担当業務 ・当社製品に関する品質保証（工程管理）業務 ・国内外の製造拠点に対し、品質課題の抽出・原因分析・改善提案を行い、再発防止の推進
- 仕事内容3 ・品質上のリスクや問題点を早期に把握し、関係部門へ適切な助言・支援を実施 ・品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）の改善・標準化を推進、継続的な品質向上 ・品質保証活動を通じ、顧客満足度の向上に貢献
- ポジション・立場 品質保証グループの中で、品質マネジメントシステムのエキスパートとして国内だけでなくグローバル拠点へ向けた品質向上施策の展開など、自立的な活躍を期待しています。
- キャリアパス 品質保証業務を通じて多種多様な製品の品質保証に関わる専門知識が身につき、リーダ、マネジメントを経験し昇進していくことや、専門性を極め業界で通用する人材になることも可能。 ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
