- 業務内容 【建設設備業向けCADソフトの営業】 ダイキンの空調事業のパートナーとして一緒に事業を作り上げてきた建設設備工事会社。その設備工事会社の業務を支える「建築設備業向けCADソフト」の営業を担当いただきます。顧客はダイキンのパートナーである空調工事会社はもちろん、衛生、電気設備業者。
- 仕事内容2 ダイキンの知名度を生かしながら、新規顧客の開拓、ユーザー企業へのアップセル、クロスセルを狙って頂きます。販路は直販はもちろんダイキン空調販売会社や商社を巻き込みながら活動をします。またCAD周辺の困りごとに対するソリューションを同時に提案頂きながら、深く顧客に入り込んでいきます。

- 使用ツール Microsoft Officeなど
- ポジション・立場 営業グループの中核メンバー、またはリーダー ・職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
- キャリアパス
- 担当エリアの中で、設備工事会社の直接営業を実行いただく
- エリアマネージャーとして、空調営業メンバー、パートナーと協業して販売を拡大いただく
- エリア戦略を理解した上でCAD営業のリーダーとして活躍いただく
