- 業務内容 1.経営トップのスタッフとして、ダイキングループ全体の予算立案・統制業務（15のプロフィットセンタ―・海外拠点を管理・統括） ・予算編成の際には、事業部門トップ(役員クラス)や現地人幹部と直接、予算折衝をする機会も多々あり、語学に堪能で、バイタリティあふれる方を求めます。
- 仕事内容2 ２.経営トップに対する計数情報（予算・決算を含む）の提供と経営課題の抽出・解決促進 ・計数に加え、数字の背景にある事業環境変化や施策の進捗までフォローします ・部門横断的な、経営課題（ソリューション事業の拡大、固定費の効率化等）への取り組みを事務局として推進します
- 仕事内容3 ３.Ｍ＆Ａにおけるデューデリジェンス、ＰＭＩおよび予算管理 ・事業部門や他のコーポレート部門と協力して、携わっていただきます。

- キャリアパス ・当面は、事業を理解しながら、計数管理、事業の施策フォローを軸に、予算管理を学んで頂く。 ・段階的に、より大所高所からの、経営者目線での予算管理、事業運営の考え方を学んで頂く。 ・将来は、本社での予算管理を突き詰めるか、海外拠点・事業部門での経営管理に従事頂く。
