- 仕事内容 ダイキン工業では、社内大学「ダイキン情報技術大学」を通じてDX人材の育成を推進し、AI・IoT・クラウド技術を活用した新たな価値創出に取り組んでいます。 入社後は、ダイキン情報技術大学における教育プログラムの企画・運営、PBL(Project Based Learning)推進、現場伴走を通じて、
- 仕事内容2 全社のDX人材育成と事業部門のデータ活用を支援していただきます。 将来的には、本人の志向・専門性に応じて、 1全社DX人材育成を担う育成戦略リーダー 2事業部門に入り込み業務改革・データ活用を推進するDX推進リーダー 3AI・IoT・クラウド等の技術知見を活かしたテックリード/データ活用推進組織のリーダーなどの
- 仕事内容3 キャリアパスを想定しています。

### 使用ツール Python、SQL、Microsoft365関連ツール(PowerBIなど)、Copilot、GitHub、Databrics、UiPath、LMS等 クラウド
- AWS、GCP、Azureなど ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
- ポジション・立場1 上記業務領域を担当する推進チームをリードいただく人材を求めています。全社DX人材育成を企画・推進し、社内大学と事業部門をつなぐ中核メンバーとして、社内大学修了生や各部門のDX人材と協働しながら、外部で培ったDX推進・人材育成の知見を融合し、全社のDX人材育成基盤の高度化を推進していただきます。
- ポジション・立場2 教育企画にとどまらず、現場課題を起点としたPBLや実践テーマの企画・推進を通じて、人材育成を事業成果へとつなげる仕組みづくりを担っていただきます。
