- 仕事内容
- 業務内容 ・経営層直属組織のスタッフとして、グローバルでのDX加速に向け、デジタル人材育成戦略の企画立案、施策設計、関係部門との調整、実行推進まで一貫して担います。 ・2017年に設立した社内大学「ダイキン情報技術大学（DICT）」を中心に、AI・デジタル活用を推進する人材を2026年末までに、
- 仕事内容2 AI・デジタル活用を推進できる人材を2,000人規模とすることを目標に拡大してきました。 ・一方、戦略経営計画FUSION30で掲げる「AIの徹底活用」を推進するためには、従来の延長線上にない新たな人材強化策が必要です。
- 具体的な担当業務 ・ダイキン情報技術大学（DICT）の事務局として、新入社員および
- 仕事内容3 既存社員向けの育成カリキュラム強化策を立案し、実行フォローまで実施いただきます。
- ポジション・立場 基幹職のもと、当部門で担う以下業務の推進リーダーを担っていただきます。 ・FUSION30で掲げるDX戦略の実現に必要となる人材要件の具体化
- 仕事内容4 ・新入社員、既存社員に対するAI・デジタル関連の育成策カリキュラム具体化
- 仕事のやりがい ・DXは全社戦略経営計画FUSIONの中でも重点テーマと定めた領域であり、当社の経営戦略の一端を担えます。入社後は社内の第一人者として戦略立案・推進をリードいただける醍醐味があります。
- 仕事内容5 ・海外売上高比率が80%を超える企業の本社組織として、グローバルで活躍いただく機会が多くあります。 ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
