- 仕事内容
- 業務内容 半導体関連用途を中心としたフッ素樹脂製品の開発業務およびテクニカルサービスを担当いただきます。具体的には、顧客要求に基づく材料・製品設計、評価試験、性能検証、課題抽出と改善提案を行い、営業や生産部門とも連携しながら案件を推進します。また、顧客現場での技術的な対応やトラブルシュート、
- 仕事内容2 製品適用に向けた技術サポートも重要な役割です。顧客との接点を通じて新たな開発のアイデアを獲得するのも重要なミッションです。前職で培った知見を活かし、リーダーとしてチームを牽引していただくことを期待しています。
- 具体的な担当業務 ・半導体配管部材用の新製品開発のリーダー業務
- 仕事内容3 ・フッ素樹脂技術者とともに、新製品開発の方針立案とラボでの検証。 ・知財部門と相談しながら特許出願 ・製造部門と連携しながら量産検討 ・他部署と相談しながら商品化の推進（法規、採算性、品質管理） ・開発した製品の顧客（配管部材メーカー、半導体製造装置メーカー、エンジ会社、デバイスメーカー）への営業PR活動

- 使用ツール 一般分析機器、物性測定装置（IR、引張試験機など）。 事務的にはエクセル、ワード、パワーポイント。
- ポジション・立場 新製品開発、テクニカルサービスを行うチームのなかで、半導体配管部材用の新製品開発の中核メンバーとして自律的な活躍を期待しています。 ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
