- 業務内容 カーボンニュートラルの流れから、グローバル全体で燃焼式からヒートポンプ式への熱源転換が加速していいます。この数年で急激に成長する暖房・給湯事業の拡大に向け、欧州・北米・日本市場向けに高気密高断熱住宅向けのヒートポンプ冷暖房・ヒートポンプ給湯機の技術開発・システム商品開発業務に携わって
- 仕事内容2 頂きます。
- 具体的な担当業務 １．省エネ（高気密・高断熱）住宅向けの冷暖房・給湯システム商品の先行技術開発、商品開発 ２．暖房給湯ヒートポンプの省エネ制御、エネルギーマネジメント技術
- この職種における強み ・世界的なエネルギー需要の高まりにより、2030年のエネルギー起源CO2は2000年比69％増大するなど、
- 仕事内容3 環境影響の低減は社会課題になっており、燃焼からヒートポンプへの加速が進む中、技術・商品で世の中に貢献する機会が多くあります。 ・空調機器で養った技術蓄積を生かし、ヒートポンプ式システムの市場をリードする存在であり続けること、
- 仕事内容4 そして事業環境の変化をチャンスと捉え、事業領域を拡大することを事業戦略の大きな柱としております。 ・グローバルの開発マザー拠点として、差別化技術・商品をグローバル開発拠点と協力しあって開発することが期待されています。

- ポジション・立場 商品開発の中核メンバー（将来的にはリーダ層を担っていただく）
