## Job description
- 仕事内容 ・空調機器、空調工事、空調システム、ソリューション、サービスなど空調ビジネスを支える技術を社内（営業部門、サービス部門等）、社外（販売店、協力店等）に対し講師として登壇します。また新技術や市場ニーズに合わせたコースの作成から立上げまで、研修カリキュラムに関する研修を開発する業務や、
- 仕事内容2 海外研修支援業務として現地インストラクター育成も担当いただきます。
- 具体的には以下の講習カリキュラムからご経験・スキル合った講座を担当してもらいます。また担当範囲についても徐々に広げていただきます。 ＜主な講習カリキュラム＞
- 基礎知識・・・空調基礎実践、空調電気設備基礎実践
- 仕事内容3
- 工事施工・・・据付技能基礎、ル―ムエアコン据付、業務用エアコン据付、エコキュ―ト据付
- サービス・・・空調サ―ビス基礎実践、ル―ムエアコンサ―ビス、業務用エアコンサ―ビス、総合診断知識
- 設 計・・・空調システム基礎、空調システム設計1・空調システム設計2
- 仕事内容4
- その他・・・・油圧講習、アプライド講習、施工管理、特殊空調設計、フロン取扱講習、資格取得 など
- 使用ツール Ｗｏｒｄ、Ｅｘｃｅｌ、ＰｏｗｅｒＰｏｉｎｔ、ＣＡＤ（※） ※ＣＡＤは必須ではありませんが設計系カリキュラムで必要。 ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
- キャリアパス 現講師の指導の基、講師として登壇経験を積むことで、市場ニーズに合わせた研修カリキュラムを開発するリーダーや管理職の組織運営サポートをするリーダーとして企画的な業務を経験を積むことで昇進していく。
