- 業務内容 弊社は、現場作業員のスキル向上や人材不足への対応を目的に、外部パートナーと協創し、映像・音声AIを活用した空調サービス現場のDXに取り組んでおり。ウェアラブルデバイスとクラウドサービスを組み合わせることで、熟練エンジニアが遠隔から新人を実践的に支援できる仕組みを研究・開発しており、そらら
- 仕事内容2 の業務に携わって頂きます。さらに空調に関する多くのデータを蓄積しており、予防保全・予知保全、省エネ制御・エネルギーマネジメントなどの顧客への価値提供のためのデータ分析の取り組みも行っています。
- 具体的な担当業務 Video-Language Model（VLM） や、作業内容を文章として整理・提示するLLM を活用し、
- 仕事内容3 作業者が行っている工程や動作を自動的に認識・解析する仕組みの研究、開発に携わって頂きます。遠隔地の熟練作業者が現場の映像を見ながらリアルタイムにアドバイスしたり、LLMが作業手順を適切にガイドするなど、未経験者でも高品質な作業を行う支援を行うためにAIモデルの開発、映像処理、行動認識、
- 仕事内容4 評価パイプライン構築など、幅広い技術を組み合わせた取り組みを取り組んでもらいます。

### 使用ツール ・言語
- Pythonなど ・技術：ＯｐｅｎＣＶ、Ｆｆmpegなど （画像・動画処理の技術）、NumPy、Pandasなど（データ処理の技術） ※職種の変更の範囲：当社業務全般
