## Job description
- 仕事内容
- 業務内容 ダイキン製品の空調アフターサービス業務
- 具体的な担当業務 一般家庭～店舗・オフィス～大規模ビル・病院・工場などあらゆる現場に訪問し、修理・メンテナンスを行う。機器の不具合を点検修理するだけでなく、料金説明、点検表・見積書の作成、お客様に対する説明、お客様のニーズを汲み取り
- 仕事内容2 ソリューション提案を行い、空調機のライフサイクルに関わる。 ・機器据付後の空調機試運転 ・出張修理対応 ・サービスソリューション対応（保守点検、オーバーホール、省エネ診断） ・機器更新までの長期修繕計画（ライフサイクルコスト）の提案
- 使用ツール ・パソコン（専用アプリ・office365）、スマートフォン（iPhone） ・各種診断ツール（データロガー等）、各種計測器（圧力計、電流計など現地作業） ※使用方法については教育あり
- キャリアパス ・空調機の修理対応にとどまらない計装/制御も含めた次世代ソリューションエンジニアとなることで事業発展にも貢献し最先端のエンジニアとなる。 ・前述の専門性を極めることをキャリアパスとしておくことも可能。 ・現場を経験したのちに将来的には現場マネージャーになることも可能。
