Responding and resolving basic support tickets, creating material, rosters, training deployment, and overall general LMS administration, globally. (70%) Aid in the configuration, administration and technical support related to the Check-In / Feedback process. (15%) Conduct external research, benchmarking best practices and evaluations in the following areas: employee development, LMS functionality, Learner Content, etc. Create and deploy ongoing Surveys to evaluate Talent Management programs. (15%) ### Representative Qualifications Exposure working in a global environment High degree of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm - Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products Enhanced Customer service skills, responsive attitude - Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization - Strong sense of urgency and ability to complete assigned tasks - Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities Highly detail-oriented and accurate - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Ability to grasp new technical skills quickly No unsolicited agency submittals please.
