## Job description

The Associate Material Prep is responsible for performing routine material preparation activities in support of manufacturing and assembly operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares, stages, and kits materials, components, hardware, and tooling for production and assembly operations. Assists with maintaining set-up equipment. (25%) Maintains organized work area. Responsible for proper handling of Hazardous Waste and keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards. (25%) Masks, demasks, and cleans parts manually. (25%) Plates routine parts to blueprint using manual methods and completes all associated paperwork. (25%)

### Representative Qualifications

Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and work orders. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials consistent with job requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. No unsolicited agency submittals please.
