Supports the coordination of multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution. ### Location Stratford, ON Salary: $82,000 - $95,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (25%) Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. - Escalates issues as needed. (25%) - Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (25%) - Supports program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. (25%) ### What You Bring - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills - Fosters a collaborative work environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Possesses project management, negotiation, transaction structuring internal transaction, and strategic planning skills #LI-TS1 No unsolicited agency submittals please.
