## Job description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, mail management, schedule services, answer phone calls, and complete safety compliance admin, including JSO’s
- Support the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workload
- Provide world-class service to our well-established customer base
- Arrange training and keep accurate records for technicians
- Utilise your strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive
- Heavily customer-focused role To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or service support role.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
