We are building an IT Talent Pool for upcoming opportunities within our organization. We’re looking for technology professionals with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and agile delivery, who are interested in being considered for future roles located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. ### Hybrid role 3 days on site, 2 days home office. ### What We Are Looking For We are interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following: + ### Software Development Java,.NET, Python, Front-End/Full Stack + ### Infrastructure & Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, servers, DevOps ### Backup & Recovery - Commvault, Veeam, or similar tools + ### ERP & Systems Oracle, SAP, enterprise applications ### Cybersecurity - vulnerability analysis, identity management, compliance ### Data & Analytics - SQL, Power BI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Informatica Cloud + ### Technical Support & IT Operations Service Desk, systems administration, troubleshooting ### Agile Roles - _Scrum Master_, Agile Coach, sprint ceremonies facilitation, cross-functional team guidance, agile metrics tracking + ### IT & Project Management Tools Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms ### How the Talent Pool Works - Apply to this requisition. - Our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile. - If your experience aligns with upcoming openings, we will contact you for preliminary interviews. - You’ll be considered for future roles matching your expertise. “Cummins is an equal employment opportunity employer.
