### 工作总结

这种以客户／产品为重点的双重职位乃作为 OEM 之间的高级技术联络人，并在新产品开发计划中代表我们的客户。将康明斯产品运用于客户车辆需要制定技术规格，实施新的设计配置，并在各种应用中提供与客户产品集成的高性能、低成本设备及系统解决方案。整合优质及经优化的客户解决方案需要与销售及营销团队进行互动。

### 主要责任

征求标的事项专家和价值包引进 (VPI) 团队意见并与其磋商，并向应用工程师和 OEM 提供产品数据与安装要求 在影响 OEM 机器性能、优化和质量的产品选择、设计和集成方面制定决策 运用并改进相关流程（例如安装质量保证、OEM 集成及产品选择）和支持相关流程及实现优质决策所需的工具（例如 Advisor、康明斯线上规格 (COLS) 及全球客户工程 (GCE)）。 与客户的技术竞争对手建立良好的工作关系，从而担任他们的主要联络人，提供专业化产品技术信息、管理产品规格、传达产品变更信息、制定复杂的安装问题解决方案及满足客户要求 运用产品、应用及市场知识方面的技术专业知识，为 OEM 产品选择和设备设计提供支持 领导将客户需求和“客户心声”转化为产品职能要求，以提供有关项目决策的意见 在参与新产品开发计划、设计审核及产品变更请求流程期间，担任康明斯内部的客户／市场支持者 确保以正确的方式运用和安装产品，以满足客户系统要求和环境 通过验证原型机器性能确保安装质量，且该等安装符合康明斯规定 利用分析主导设计 (ALD) 和六西格玛工具来优化产品和系统性能 提出以客户为重点的创新倡议和项目 通过培训和指导经验不足的工程师协助传授相关知识 独立领导对业务影响较小的项目，或拥有高级或首席工程师水平不明确性较高且由项目团队承担全部责任的复杂组件、产品、系统或服务。

独立执行既定及新兴工作流程和系统，同时发展技术或产品知识。 领导某个业务部站点职能部门专业领域的工作流程和系统开发和改进。 协调和指导技术员和学生临时员工的工作，通过间接（影响范围）或直接管理当地小型工程师团队协助向经验不足的工程师传授相关知识。 提供支持和指导以影响项目团队内部的技术指导，并持续提高对在该职位取得成功至关重要的能力。 作为中间团队内部某个专业或产品领域的公认专家。

### Job description

职位描述： This position requires frequent technical and business-related communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Communication ranges from information sharing and technical consultation to influencing customer decisions, resolving complex technical issues, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

### The role regularly
- Conveys technical information, product capabilities, and application requirements.
- Exchanges technical knowledge and project-related information with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides technical recommendations and guidance regarding electrical system design, equipment selection, and system integration.
- Influences customer technical decisions through technical presentations, solution discussions, and application expertise.
- Negotiates technical solutions, project requirements, and issue resolution approaches among customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Facilitates alignment between sales, engineering, product management, and project execution functions to ensure successful project delivery.

- 在项目执行或调试过程中推动技术问题解决和风险控制。 key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre-sales technical support to regional dealers and sales team.
- On-site installation, commissioning guidance, and electrical troubleshooting of generator sets.
- Delivering technical support in genset model selection, power system relay protection and electrical system simulation.
- Supporting dealer application technical engineers training and providing guidance on Installation Quality Assurance (IQA) reviews.
- Strengthening technical engagement with customers and design institutes, collecting market feedback, driving product improvements, and building long-term technical trust to support business growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical power systems, with significant experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, power generation, microgrids, or energy storage applications.
- Deep understanding of electrical system architecture, equipment application, power system operation, and system reliability principles.
- Extensive knowledge of generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, power converters, energy storage systems, and protection coordination.
- Proven experience in electrical system design, application engineering, system integration, commissioning, and technical customer support.
- Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other applicable industry standards.
- Proficiency in power system analysis and simulation software ETAP、PSCAD、MATLAB/Simulink、PowerFactory、ATPDraw etc.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and develop comprehensive system solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, solve complex engineering challenges, and support strategic projects with minimal supervision.

- 10年以上电力系统、电气工程、发电系统、数据中心、储能系统或相关行业工作经验。

- 具备柴油发电机组、变压器、开关柜、UPS、电力电子变换器、储能系统等关键电气设备的应用经验和专业知识。
- 具有电气系统方案设计、设备选型、系统集成、现场调试及故障分析经验。
- 熟悉IEC、IEEE、NFPA及相关国家和行业标准，能够依据规范进行系统设计和技术评估。
- 具备电力系统保护、可靠性分析、电能质量及系统协调方面的基础知识。
- 熟练使用电力系统分析及仿真软件（如ETAP、PSCAD、MATLAB/Simulink、PowerFactory、ATPDraw等）。
- 具备较强的工程分析能力、问题解决能力和独立工作能力。
- 具备良好的技术沟通能力，能够与客户、设计院、EPC总包商、渠道伙伴及公司内部跨职能团队开展有效合作。
- 能够同时处理多个项目和复杂技术问题，并在项目执行过程中提供专业技术支持。 Indicate the countries/regions in which the role needs to apply local knowledge: Countries/Regions Requiring Local Knowledge: Primarily China, with working knowledge of other Asia Pacific markets as required by regional projects.

### Specific Local Knowledge Requirements
- Deep understanding of China's electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including GB standards, power grid regulations, data center design standards, and diesel generator application requirements.
- Familiarity with local utility company requirements, approval processes, and power distribution practices for industrial facilities and data centers.
- Understanding of customer expectations, project execution models, and procurement practices within China's data center, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of local environmental, emissions, noise, and safety regulations impacting power generation and electrical system applications.
- Awareness of regional market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies in distributed energy, energy storage, microgrids, and data center power infrastructure.
- Ability to adapt global engineering solutions to local customer requirements, regulations, and operating conditions.

### 经历

要求具备之前在相关专业领域工作的高级或权威工程师同等工作经验，并且在解决技术问题及制定质量决策方面具有良好记录。掌握 MS Office 工具者优先
