During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry. This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2027. This role will largely be onsite for the best experience so you must be able to travel to the location although some hybrid working can be considered if required. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: ### Data-Driven Improvement - Evaluates sustainability, environment and safety data, audit results and findings to create risk-based improvement plans that inform strategy and protect people and the environment. ### Collaborates - Building strong partnerships and working cross-functionally to meet shared objectives and foster a culture of teamwork and trust. ### Action Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency, high energy and enthusiasm to drive meaningful results. ### Embraces Technology - Efficient use of Microsoft Office packages, ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, understanding of PowerBi would be an advantage. ### Health, Safety and Environmental Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health, safety and environment behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health, safety and environment in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an incident-free workplace - Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance and Auditing: Evaluates conformance and compliance with established regulations, standards and internal HSE requirements.
