To be successful in this role you will need the following: ### Cross ‑ functional partnership - Ability to build strong relationships across functions to ensure clarity of roles, shared accountability, and active employee involvement in HSE programs; bilingual Spanish is a _nice_ ‑ _to_ ‑ _have_ that can enhance communication. + ### Regulatory and technical expertise Strong understanding of HSE regulations, compliance obligations, emergency preparedness, and management systems to lead daily operations and support regulatory interactions. ### Data ‑ driven decision making - Capability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data and KPIs to identify risks, evaluate trends, and drive strategic and tactical improvements. + ### Inclusive leadership and communication Effective coaching, communication, and team‑development skills that value diverse perspectives and strengthen HSE culture; bilingual Spanish remains beneficial but not required. ### Education, Licenses, Certifications College, university, or equivalent degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental required.
