## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 从事车间流水线操作，严格执行作业标准、安全规范及质量管控要求；
- 配合产线节拍，完成产品装配、检验等工序，确保生产任务按时达成；
- 做好岗位 5S、设备日常点检、首件及互检工作，配合班组日常管理；
- 及时上报物料、设备、质量等现场异常，配合跟进基础问题处理；
- 参与安全、质量培训及精益改善，协助完成生产数据记录等辅助工作；
- 服从车间排班与岗位调配，完成上级安排的其他生产工作。

### 任职要求
- 接受从一线装配岗位起步，适应工厂车间作业环境；
- 工作踏实负责、吃苦耐劳，服从管理，具备良好执行力与团队协作能力；
- 主动好学，愿意积累工艺、质量相关知识，追求长期稳定发展；
- 转正后能够适应早 / 中 / 夜班轮班，承受车间正常作业强度；
- 有工厂实习、生产相关经历者优先考虑；
- 表现优异、绩效达标者，可参与内部竞聘，享有调岗、晋升机会。
