[Apply on Cummins’s careers site →](https://cummins.jobs/rumst-bel/it-operations-support-specialist/F5FC0D7D67524472ADA41A78FB8AAAB9/job/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Cummins](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/cummins/) / IT Operations Support Specialist ## Job description We are looking for a talented IT Operations Support Specialist to join our team for our IT department in Rumst, Belgium In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Provide reliable day-to-day operational support that ensures IT systems remain available, accurate, secure, and effective for end users. - Deliver timely resolution of technical issues by troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. - Support new employees with seamless technology onboarding, including hardware setup, system access, and user enablement. - Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and service quality. - Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and authorized system changes to minimize disruptions and maintain operational excellence. - Contribute to disaster recovery readiness and business continuity efforts, helping ensure resilience across supported IT environments. - Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver break/fix activities, installations, and service improvements that meet business needs. - Support regional IT projects and operational initiatives across multiple service lines, driving successful outcomes through collaboration, process compliance, and customer-focused service delivery.
