In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to develop transportation and logistics solutions that support new products, volume growth, network expansion, new sourcing strategies, and changing business requirements. - Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics performance, reducing costs, enhancing service levels, shortening transit times, and simplifying administrative processes. - Develop and maintain logistics analytics that provide visibility of operational performance, trends, and opportunities across the transportation network. - Analyse key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and support data-driven decision-making. - Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma and supply chain optimisation projects that drive measurable business results. - Develop reporting capabilities that improve supply chain visibility, support operational excellence, and enable effective performance management. - Conduct benchmarking and scenario analysis to evaluate transportation strategies, identify best practices, and support network optimisation initiatives. - Drive the adoption of standardised transportation processes and share best practices across regions to improve consistency, efficiency, and service delivery.
