In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Drive timely hiring outcomes by identifying and securing top talent for current and future business needs. - Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce objectives. - Evaluate candidate qualifications and selection criteria to improve hiring quality and long-term success. - Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and effective market engagement. - Enhance the candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow-through. - Ensure recruiting activities comply with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations. - Leverage recruiting data and reporting insights to support informed talent decisions and process improvements. - Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes to maintain an efficient and seamless hiring lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: - Strong ability to assess talent, make sound hiring decisions, and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach to talent acquisition. - Proven capability to execute recruiting and HR processes with accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve recruitment outcomes. - High levels of adaptability, initiative, and interpersonal effectiveness, with a commitment to inclusive and collaborative practices. ### Education, Licenses, Certifications - College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required. - Preferred experience in agency and/or in-house recruiting environments, bringing versatility across sourcing and hiring approaches. - Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and reporting resources to manage candidate pipelines and support hiring visibility. - Apply structured candidate assessment and selection methodologies to deliver objective, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes. - Demonstrate expertise in external talent sourcing strategies that attract and engage diverse candidate populations. - Provide consultative support to hiring leaders by leveraging sound judgment, business knowledge, and talent market insights. - Use data analytics, problem-solving, and data visualization principles to identify trends and drive recruitment process improvements. - Foster strong partnerships through effective stakeholder management, collaboration, persuasion, and customer-centric service. - Bring an action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate changing priorities, exercise decision quality, and contribute to positive business results.
