Working under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician, you will learn everything that comes with the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products. What’s in it for you? - Earn while you learn, we pay above award rates. - Mechanical starter toolkit provided upon commencement. - Obtain a nationally recognized Certificate III trade qualification. - Complete off-the-job TAFE/Registered Training Organization study. - Receive structured on-the-job training, under the supervision of our Regional Capability Trainers, as well as the qualified technicians and supervisors in your workshop. - Gain your experience working on a range of our world class Cummins engine products. - Improve your technical expertise by completing a range of engine product training with Cummins Technical Trainers as you progress through your apprenticeship About you Cummins are looking for applicants with the following attributes: - A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. - A passion for working on our products and in the industry. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. - Excellent level of language, literacy, and numeracy skills - A willingness to work across regional areas and rotate through different departments to gain experience on automotive, industrial, marine, and mining engine products as you progress through your apprenticeship. - Right to work in Australia - Preference to have completed year 12 or equivalent. - A strong focus on safety and wellbeing that will lead to a successful career at Cummins. - Willingness to embrace diversity and make Cummins a great place to work. ### Applications close date 31st July 2026 At Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
