We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in (Henderson, CO) We offer sign-on bonus, relocation, competitive pay and benefits! In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Completing repair activities on generators or components - Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner - Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools - Maintain detailed records of service - Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies - Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products - Maintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: - Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities. - High Voltage / Low Voltage experience. - Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision – hands on exposure to working on power generation products. - Basic Diesel Engine experience. - Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components. - Able to perform repairs on ATS systems and able to perform commissioning on a new ATS installation. - A current valid license is required for this role - This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations - This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical - 3 years driving experience - This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use - Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age - This roll is subject to Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) drug testing pre-employment and random drug testing requirements. This roll will be subject to on-going random drug testing. ### Education, Licenses, Certifications Apprentice Certified Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred) Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution Current relevant electrical certification Locally valid driving permit This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. ### Experience Basic level field service work experience Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with of power generation products High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience Customer service experience ### Compensation and Benefits Base Salary rate commensurate with experience.
