In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind. ### What you’ll do - Analyze charged off loans to determine the most effective method for maximizing financial recovery - Negotiate with customers or their representatives to establish repayment terms - Monitor adherence to terms of repayment terms to ensure resolution - Support legal department by providing delinquency information in preparation of lawsuits Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: High School Diploma - Demonstrated knowledge of loan recovery or workout functions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Computer Applications Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in credit operations Bilingual in English and Spanish Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
