More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind. ### What you’ll do - Analyze and review each assigned loan to determine the proper collection actions that needs to be taken - Monitor the financial conditions of borrowers - Keep in contact with attorneys regarding legal issues - Develop and implement collection strategies - Collect payments and liquidate collateral Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Proficient in Microsoft computer applications - Bachelor's Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience - Excellent written and oral communication skills - 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan - Review, or Lending Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
