### 中國信託商業銀行 Your Career Our Future 工作內容
- 銀行前台融合專案需求管理(含平台規劃及設計)
- 客戶服務情報梳理及整合規劃，促進新服務前台運營制度建立執行

### 以客戶視角進行跨BU需求整合管理及數位工具運用規劃 資格條件
- 銀行業經營5年以上，熟悉銀行業務及營運流程，具數位金融及前台相關經驗尤佳
- 平台管理經營3年以上，具金融數位平台或前台系統規劃及管理經驗
- 具UIUX、Journey Design、User Flow等實務經驗
- 具大型前台/平台系統整合、跨系統或數位轉型專案經驗，並具需求管理、跨單位協調及Vendor溝通管理能力
- 具微服務技術架構基本概念
