## Job description

- 生成式AI與大型語言模型應用開發 負責生成式AI（Generative AI）及大型語言模型（LLM）相關應用的研發與實現，包括模型的開發、訓練與調優（如 GPT、BERT），以支援知識問答、AI Agent 等多元應用場景
- 數據處理與模型訓練資料準備 建立與維護數據管道，涵蓋資料的收集、清理、標註與訓練資料的準備工作，確保AI模型具備高品質的輸入資料以提升效能

### AI技術整合與策略規劃 與內部團隊合作，設計並實作法人金融AI解決方案，將LLM技術整合至企業系統，同時持續研究最新AI技術與趨勢，評估其應用潛力並提供技術建議 【資格條件】 ．工作經歷要求
- 不拘 ．學歷要求：碩士, 大學 ．科系要求：資訊工程相關 資訊管理相關 ．語文條件：英文: 聽/中等‧說/中等‧讀/中等‧寫/中等 【職缺資訊】 ．薪資待遇：面議 ．職務屬性：全職 ．上班時段：日班,8:50-17:30 ．休假制度：週休二日 ．工作地點：台北市南港區 ．可上班日：一個月內 ．需求人數：1 ~ 1 ．管理責任：無 ．出差外派：無須出差 【其他條件】
- 熟練使用 Python 進行開發
- 曾使用 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 開發過深度學習模型（如 CNN、RNN、Transformer)
- 了解基本 DevOps 操作，熟悉 Git、Docker 等工具 【 具以下經驗尤佳 】
- 熟悉 LangChain 架構，具備 Function Calling、RAG、Prompt Engineering 等應用經驗
- 理解 LLM 的訓練方式，如 PEFT（Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning）、SFT（Supervised Fine-Tuning)
- 熟悉分散式訓練架構與工具，例如 FSDP（Fully Sharded Data Parallel）、DeepSpeed
- 理解 Embedding 技術及向量資料庫（如 FAISS、Qdrant、Weaviate）應用
- 具備 NLP 或生成式 AI 專案實戰經驗
