- 具備AI/數據專案經驗，熟悉AI Agent、機器學習模型等概念與應用場景，與業務單位及資訊單位合作探尋業務機會及應用開發。
- 擅長商業問題拆解，將技術轉化為可行的解決方案，具備專案管理能力，熟悉敏捷開發及工具（如Jira等）。 【資格條件】 ．工作經歷要求：8年以上工作經驗 ．學歷要求：碩士, 大學 ．科系要求：資工、資訊、資管、數學、統計 ．語文條件：不拘 ．應備證照：不拘 ．擅長工具：LLM 【職缺資訊】 ．薪資待遇：面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上） ．職務屬性：全職 ．上班時段：08:50~17:30 ．休假制度：週休二日 ．工作地點：台北市南港區經貿二路168號 ．可上班日：一個月內 ．需求人數：1 ．管理責任：無 ．出差外派：無須出差 【其他條件】 1. 8年以上銀行個人金融經驗。 2. 3年以上AI應用、數據數位專案管理經驗。
- 具基礎大語言模型(LLM)運作方式、提示詞設計、切片、RAG及fine-tuning等AI知識。
- 擁有良好跨部門溝通/簡報能力，有效收斂需求並完成產品推動落地。
