- 股務代理客戶之接洽、聯繫、協調、股務法令諮詢及交代事項處理
- 股東會、董事會、除權/息、增/減資各項作業日程排定規劃

### 各項股務作業內部流程控管、覆核 【職缺資訊】 ．薪資待遇
- 面議 ．職務屬性：全職 ．上班時段：日班,8:50-17:30 ．休假制度：週休二日 ．工作地點：台北市中正區重慶南路一段83號 (距捷運台大醫院站約350公尺) ．可上班日：一個月內 ．需求人數：１ ．管理責任：無 ．出差外派：需出差，一年累積時間約一個月以下 【其他條件】 1.具備股務代理經驗至少1年以上 2.具信託業務人員證照、股務人員證照、內控證照
