## Job description

- 維護與優化企業知識庫與 RAG 系統。
- 建立企業客戶知識庫、RM 個人知識庫與客戶知識管理機制。
- 整合會議紀錄、拜訪紀錄、客戶資訊、產品資訊與內部文件。
- 建立客戶時間軸（Timeline）與事件管理能力。
- 建立 Customer 360、Relationship Intelligence 與客戶關聯分析能力。
- 建立 Knowledge Graph、GraphRAG 及多跳推理（Multi-hop Retrieval）能力。
- 優化 Grounding、Citation、Hallucination 與多輪對話品質。
- 建立 AI Evaluation Framework、Benchmark Dataset 與品質監控機制。
- 分析 AI 回答錯誤原因並提出改善方案。

Python 開發能力。 SQL 與資料處理能力。 REST API 開發經驗。 Git 版本控制經驗。 Docker 基礎能力。 Linux 基礎能力。 RAG 或向量檢索相關經驗。 Embedding、Vector Database 或 Hybrid Search 基礎概念。 Prompt Engineering 經驗。 Metadata 設計或文件結構化處理經驗。 Grounding、Citation 或 Hallucination 等品質議題分析能力。 能獨立分析 AI 錯誤根因並提出改善方案。 【具以下經驗尤佳】 GraphRAG。 Knowledge Graph。 Neo4j。 Entity Extraction。 Relationship Extraction。 Temporal Data Modeling。 Timeline Modeling。 Customer 360。 Multi-hop Retrieval。

RAG Evaluation。 Faithfulness Evaluation。 Agent Framework。 LangGraph。 Elasticsearch / OpenSearch。 LoRA、Fine-tuning 或 Embedding Fine-tuning 經驗。
