中國信託商業銀行 Your Career Our Future 【工作內容】

### AI應用場景設計規劃
- 分析業務場景痛點、業務流程潛在問題，將業務需求轉化為 AI 應用場景與規格，並設計 AI 代理 (Agent) 與流程，提出解決方案。

### AI解決方案組裝與原型開發
- 運用企業內部數據與知識庫，在 AI 平台(如 AWS Bedrock 、微軟 AI Foundry) 上，透過提示工程 (Prompt Engineering) 、 RAG ( 檢索增強生成) 流程編排及 API 串接， 同時應用自然語言處理、深度學習、機器學習技術，完成概念驗證 (proof of concept) 或原型 (prototype) 或軟體模組， 以快速打造、部署並驗證解決方案。

### 調校AI能力
- 建立並監控end user的使用反饋機制，持續調教AI能力，包含優化提示詞、更新知識庫或調整流程。 同時與業務端及 IT 團隊協作，將調校結果部署至行內環境，並定期追蹤正確性與模型效度。 【資格條件】 ．工作經歷要求：8年以上工作經驗 ．學歷要求：碩士, 大學 ．科系要求：資工、資訊、資管、數學、統計 ．語文條件：不拘 ．應備證照：不拘 ．擅長工具：LLM 、 python 、 SQL 【職缺資訊】 ．薪資待遇：面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上） ．職務屬性：全職 ．上班時段：08:50~17:30 ．休假制度：週休二日 ．工作地點：台北市南港區經貿二路168號 ．可上班日：一個月內 ．需求人數：1 ．管理責任：無 ．出差外派：無須出差 【其他條件】 1. 5年以上銀行個人金融經驗。 2. 3年以上AI專案實作經驗。 3. 擅長自然語言處理 (NLP) / 深度學習 (DL) / 機器學習 (ML) 、熟悉大語言模型 (LLM) 運作方式、提示詞設計工程、 RAG 以及 fine-tuning 等 AI 知識，且具備 AI 模型開發以及專案管理與執行經驗 。
- 擅長Python(必要)及數據工程、模型訓練工具與系統。
- 善於學習、邏輯佳、具有良好溝通與獨立解決問題能力。
- 主動積極抗壓性高，能流暢進行專案簡報。
- 有AI/數據競賽經驗者優先。
