## Job description

### 客戶引導
- 如迎賓、叫號、接待、送客等。

### 等候服務
- 協助等候客戶服務關懷及提醒，於客戶臨櫃櫃前確認文件是否備齊及協助解決客戶問題。

### 數位服務
- 協助引導客戶使用適合的數位服務。

### 金融轉介
- 如遇客戶詢問產品，得轉介對應部隊或服務通路。
- 支援現場業務(如:總機、庶務工作、教育訓練等)。

### 資格條件

1. 熟悉本行作業流程，曾任本行服務面主管或資深櫃員者 。 2. 可配合排班，每週至少2天，1天至少6小時。
